Would you like to be a Mentor?
Why Become a Mentor?
As an experienced AABC Accredited architect, you have a wealth of knowledge, skills, and insights that are invaluable to those just starting in the field. By becoming a mentor, you can:
- Shape the Future: Help guide emerging architects as they navigate their careers, offering advice on everything from project management to accreditation and professional growth.
- Share Your Expertise: Pass on your practical knowledge and experience, helping mentees avoid common pitfalls and develop the confidence to take on challenging projects.
- Build Lasting Connections: Mentorship is a two-way street. You’ll not only provide guidance but also gain fresh perspectives and ideas from the next generation of architects.
What’s Involved?
The mentorship can be as flexible as needed to fit your schedule, whether through regular virtual meetings, phone calls, or in-person sessions.
The AABC Mentorship Program will provide resources and support to ensure a rewarding experience for you and your mentee. We’ll also host regular check-ins with mentees to help them stay connected with fellow mentees.
How to Get Involved
